We aim to ship this product within 1 week of release, we do not guarantee release day delivery.

Maximum order of 4 of this product per person per household. Any orders over this will be cancelled. 

This is the only reason we will cancel your order, we will not for any other reason including any supply issues that may arise, you will get your product.

We source most of our stock from America and Canada with a small amount coming from UK & Europe, which is why we can sell as much stock as we can, the people saying we are overselling and can’t possibly have as much stock as we sell, this is the reason we import cases by the hundreds we do not just use Asmodee.

We have sent out thousands of Ascended Hero’s ETBs and Perfect Order ETBs, Bundles and Booster Boxes and hundreds of cases, this can be verified by many people in our discord.

If you wish to cancel a pre order there will be a 3% charge of the order + £20 which covers our costs to cancel and refund the order, we do not get our card processing fees back and staff admin costs are not free, unfortunately our staff as good as they are do not work for nothing.

Since these are special pre orders and we secure the stock on your behalf once you have placed the order, distance selling regulations do not apply to the pre orders there is no cooling off period, these apply within 14 days of delivery.

we are entitled to charge our reasonable costs for cancellation which this fee is.
